The Sales Coordinator is responsible for supporting the sales team with the sale of live and frozen lobster. They coordinate and monitor frozen and live shipments from start to finish ensuring each step of the process is being completed on time with accuracy. This includes all necessary paperwork, logistics, and export documentation.

Responsibilities

  • Request CFIA health certificates and other export documentation (includes liaison with CFIA officers)
  • Book flights and containers with freight forwarders
  • Prepare pack outs for live and frozen lobster orders
  • Release product from international cold storage facilities
  • Produce sales orders for sales
  • Maintain sales board
  • Create and print labels for live pack outs
  • Bring attention to any issues that arise during shipments
  • Additional duties as required

Qualifications

  • Detailed oriented and can focus in a busy environment
