Production workers in our live lobster department receive lobster, sink lobster in holding tanks, grade, and pack lobster for shipping.

Duties  

• Grade lobster
• Lift and move lobster crates
• Load sorting machine with lobster
• Sort lobster by weight
• Sink lobster in holding tanks
• Clean and sanitize floors and workstations
• Additional duties may be required

Working Conditions  

• Damp, cool and wet
• Wear proper equipment: rubber boots, aprons, hair nets
• Work repetitively with hands, wrists and elbows
• Shift work – days, nights, weekends
